eTap Inc. Fortifies Service Quality and Operational Security with Triple ISO Certification

eTap Inc., the largest home-grown provider of customizable self-service kiosks and services, in the country, receives three ISO certifications to nurture the company’s commitment to superb service quality, operational efficiency and security, thus providing exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless transactions with its partners and aggregates.

The fintech leader, eTap Inc., began its journey toward ISO 27001 certification for Information Security Management System (ISMS) in early 2023 and successfully achieved it in December of the same year. Building on this milestone, the company set its sights on ISO 9001 for Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 27701 for Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) in January 2024. By November 2024, eTap Inc. earned both certifications, marking a remarkable back-to-back achievement.

Bringing eTap Inc. to Greater Heights

In 2025, eTap Inc. will continue to put more leverage on this milestone as the organization has already started planning to transition to the latest version of ISO 27001 and sustain other certifications.

“We're not stopping here: we're already planning to transition to the latest version of ISO 27001 (the 2022 edition) next year. We'll also have our surveillance audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 27701.
